BRETT ALBRO, CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

With a focus on providing technology and management consulting services in the areas of chief information officer (CIO) operational support, strategy & transformation planning, training, and data management, Mr. Albro is a recognized leader in the federal sector.  Most recent experiences have focused on repositioning and increasing the value of CIO offices, with particular attention to shared service approaches to IT and data management, and training innovations for air traffic controller community. His expertise in client delivery, business development, service offering development, and formulation of the strategic direction of Indev.  He is responsible for client delivery, business development, service offering development, and formulation of the strategic direction of Indev.


Prior to co-founding Indev, Mr. Albro was a Partner at Phase One Consulting Group, an enterprise architecture and strategy consulting firm, where he managed the National Infrastructure and Financial Services Business Unit which included clients such as the Department of Transportation, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Department of the Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, Department of Labor, General Services Administration, and Department of Education.  Mr. Albro began his career as an engineer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI where he supported the development of signal analysis systems for us on U.S. Navy submarines.  Following NUWC, he spent over two years at Booz Allen Hamilton where he worked with clients such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the US Coast Guard.
 
He graduated cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Brett currently lives with his wife and son in Arlington, Virginia. In his spare time he is an avid soccer player, runner, and outdoor enthusiast.  Born and raised in Syracuse, NY he bleeds Orange.
