Arlington, VA, June 12, 2023 – The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has selected Indev, LLC (Indev) – using our CIO-SP3 DV United, LLC joint venture – as an awardee on its new Quality Assurance Support Services contract. Indev will be tasked to help the OCIO, Systems Engineering Division (SED), Quality Assurance Branch (QAB), meet several objectives. These include 1) provide Agile Transformation that includes working alongside Agile development teams to drive adoption and implementation of Agile principles and practices; 2) support and promote use of innovations (e.g., robotic process automation, mobile technologies, automation) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, UIPath, SonarQube, Selenium, TestNG, ANDI, Google Lighthouse, InfoPath) throughout the System Lifecycle to include infrastructure, provisioning, testing, and deployments. 3) improving quality and assuring compliance with ICE’s System Lifecycle Methodology (SLM), SecDevOps best practices, and adoption of modern IT system development practices; 4) performing interoperability and security testing to support workstations, servers, mobile devices, and other technologies; 5) establishing ICE’s Testing Center of Excellence (COE) to promote and support best practices across the enterprise; and 6) developing and supporting collection of measures and metrics to measure code quality and adherence to best practices.
