Arlington, VA, November 20th, 2020— Indev is extremely proud to announce that we have won our re-compete for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Chief of Staff contract.  The DHS ICE OCIO provides information technology (IT) services and products that enable ICE to achieve its law enforcement mission.  The OCIO Chief of Staff leads the development of the ICE IT Strategic Plan, associated operational performance metrics, policy management, and audit management. Part of the COS mission is to facilitate, mature and integrate ICE IT policy and planning processes, and help frame and operationalize an efficient ICE IT program.

The scope of work under this contract provides the OCIO Chief of Staff with the support and expertise needed to meet the objectives of the ICE IT Strategic Planning and IT policy management efforts. As ICE continues to mature as an organization, robust planning and policy management practices need to be integrated into ongoing operations in order to achieve higher levels of repeatable success and accountability throughout the organization.  We look forward to continuing to provide Strategic Planning, IT Policy Management, and Governance services that inform ICE’s IT strategy, create a discernible impact, and support its overall mission.

This is a great win for Indev as we continue to grow in the DHS space.
