Arlington, VA, July 25, 2022 – Indev, in partnership with Halvik Corp, was selected to continue to provide IT services support to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Corporate Information Factory (CIF). CIF is a consolidation of shared data and analytical services scaled to support the NHTSA enterprise.  CIF data services support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) reporting and the organization’s program areas, federating source system data near real-time for use with analytical applications.

Working in support of the Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) and Office of Regional Operations and Program Delivery (ROPD), we develop interactive Tableau data visualization dashboards and reports. We are responsible for managing and implementing the NHTSA CIF/Artemis Vehicle Complaints and executive level Tableau dashboards and reports such as Standing General Order (SGO) Executive Level Dashboard as well as the SGO Public Dashboards (https://www.nhtsa.gov/laws-regulations/standing-general-order-crash-reporting)

Additionally, we support ODI by Developing and implementing Level 2 Trend Detection Tool for increasing efficiency and accuracy of dispositioning Vehicle Owner Questionnaire Complaint Cases, greatly increasing investigator productivity and speed in analyzing trends and gaining faster and more accurate insights into potential vehicle defects. For the Office of Regional Operations and Program Delivery (ROPD) we are developing a new Tableau-based analytical capability that enables the Grants Management program office to perform grants financial analysis & trending using interactive dashboards, visualizations, and financial reports, sourced from the Grants Tracking System.

Indev is proud to continue expanding its partnership with NHTSA and support its crucial mission of saving lives, preventing injuries and reducing economic costs due to road traffic crashes.
