Arlington, VA – December 2, 2025 – InDev, LLC is excited to welcome back Mark Landis as Director of Homeland Security Programs, where he will support technical service delivery and help lead growth activities across InDev’s portfolio of homeland security accounts. Mark will support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) project delivery, account management, and business development relating to InDev’s core service offerings – automation and AI enablement, data and analytics, and technology modernization solutions.
Mark brings over 17 years of public sector support experience spanning across local, state, and federal markets. Throughout his career, he has successfully performed a variety of functions – ranging from serving as a Legislative Aid for the PA State Legislature, a fundraiser for a national political committee, and a Communications Director & Press Secretary for several federal campaigns – to developing, managing, and executing strategic growth initiatives; spearheading client engagement; and driving project deliveries for small, medium, and large systems integrators, such as Fujitsu National Defense & Security, InDev, GDIT, and Capgemini—as well as several others.
With a rich history and a successful track record of cultivating, capturing, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions to a wide array of private and public sector clients, particularly within the DHS space, Mark brings a unique understanding of effectively catering to the mission and addressing essential priorities with meaningful and measurable results that directly impact U.S. national security.
