Arlington, VA, December 10, 2024 – Indev, LLC is excited to announce the addition of Sheri Neely as Vice President of Business Operations, where she will be responsible for overseeing service delivery across Indev’s complete portfolio of accounts. Sheri will lead account management, project delivery, and business operations, ensuring Indev’s intelligent automation, software development, data analytics and cloud enablement services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Sheri brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and government sectors. In her executive roles, she has consistently driven operational excellence and innovation, leading corporate functions such as Service Delivery, Recruiting, and Proposal Development, to maximize operational efficiency while fostering collaborative teams that deliver exceptional results. A passionate mentor, she has cultivated high-performing teams by focusing on employee engagement and succession planning, as well as developing robust internship programs with colleges and universities in local communities.
Sheri has held senior leadership roles across prominent companies, including 1901 Group- a Leidos Company, Salient CRGT, and SRA International (now GDIT) in both Program Delivery and Operations roles, with portfolios ranging from $25M to $100M in revenue. Her industry expertise spans full-cycle IT services, to include program management, custom and COTS application development, infrastructure operations and maintenance, IT service management, and cloud application refactoring and multi-cloud adoption. She has supported Federal customers such as the United States (US) Environmental Protection Agency, the US Department of Energy, the US Office of Personnel Management, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, as well as others.
Sheri holds a B.A. in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach, and certifications in project management and cloud technology, underscoring her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
